KnotAI
an app for tradespeople (beta)
2026 · app / automation
What you see
Two phone screens from the KnotAI app: on the left the Danas (Today) home screen with today's takings, this month's figure, progress toward the annual flat-tax limit, today's appointments and unpaid invoices; on the right a customer file with jobs, vehicles and next appointments.
KnotAI is an app for tradespeople and small services: the craftsman who runs the shop from a phone and a notebook. One screen for today's takings, appointments and who has not paid yet; a file for every customer. The app is in beta, and the first pilot is an auto service and tyre shop.
The brief
A craftsman running a shop has no time for software: the takings are in his head, appointments in messages, invoices in a folder, and the annual flat-tax limit gets checked when it is already late. He needed an app that opens once in the morning and once in the evening, with everything on one screen, no training and no setup. It is built for any trade or small service, not for one industry.
What we built
A phone app with a Today home screen: today's takings, this month's figure, how much is left before the annual flat-tax limit, today's appointments and unpaid invoices. A file for every customer with jobs, vehicles and next appointments, so the history is there before the car rolls in. Underneath, automations: the appointment reminder and the unpaid-invoice reminder go out on their own, and entry comes down to a few taps.
What it did
The app is in beta and the first pilot is an auto service and tyre shop, so we do not publish time-saved figures until there are any. What we show are the screens as they are today. If you run a trade or a small service and want to try the beta, write to us; if you need an app like this for your own business, the same team builds it as a service from the web and app branch.
