FAQ

Everything clients usually ask before handing work over: prices, timelines, tools, and how the studio runs. If your question is not here, it is one message away.

Three things, under one roof: motion design (brand films, ads, product motion), AI automation (agents and pipelines that take manual work off your team), and web and app development. You can hand over one layer or all three. One team owns the result end to end.

Every project gets a fixed quote after a short call, so there are no hourly surprises. The price depends on scope: a focused landing page costs less than a full web app or a brand film. Tell us what you need through the contact form and you get a concrete number, usually within one working day.

A landing page typically ships in two to four weeks. A first working automation can run within a week. Motion projects depend on length and complexity, and we give you a delivery date before we start. We would rather promise a real date than a fast one.

AI automation is software that handles repetitive work on its own: answering and routing leads, moving data between tools, drafting reports, following up. If your team loses hours every week on tasks that follow a pattern, an automation pays for itself quickly. We map the workflow first, then automate only what makes sense.

Websites and apps run on Next.js with GSAP for motion, built for speed and SEO from the first commit. Automations run on n8n, Claude, and the Anthropic stack. Motion work is produced in industry-standard tools. Everything we ship is documented and handed over, no lock-in.

Yes. TIM Studio is based in Novi Sad and works worldwide, remote first, in English and Serbian. Time zones have not been a problem: you get one point of contact and clear written updates.

The studio team, in-house, led by founder Stefan Stevanović. Nothing is passed to anonymous subcontractors. That is the whole point of the studio: one accountable place instead of three vendors pointing at each other.

Absolutely. Plenty of clients start with one layer, a single brand film, one automation, or a landing page, and expand later once the first piece proves itself. No bundle requirements.

You get a documented handover that your team can run without us. If you prefer, we stay on for maintenance and iterations. Automations include monitoring, so if a workflow ever fails, we know before you do.

Write to us through the contact form, email info@timstudio.site, or message us on WhatsApp for urgent work. We reply within one working day with a short call proposal, then you get a fixed offer with a delivery date. From there, consider it handled.

Every site we ship is built SEO-first: semantic HTML, structured data, sub-second loads, sitemaps, and language-localized pages. That covers the technical side completely. If you also want a content strategy, we plan it together as a separate piece of work.

Yes. We start with an audit: speed, SEO, conversion path, and design. Sometimes the honest answer is a focused fix, sometimes a rebuild pays off faster. You get the assessment and the price for both before deciding.

A short brief in your own words: what you do, who it is for, and what should change. Brand assets if they exist. That is enough for the first call; we pull everything else out of you with the right questions.

Fixed offer, split into milestones: a part up front, the rest tied to agreed deliveries. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices. The number we agree on is the number you pay.

Almost certainly. We build on n8n, which speaks to hundreds of tools out of the box: CRMs, spreadsheets, email, calendars, socials, payment systems. For anything exotic there is always the API route. Your stack stays; the manual work between the tools goes.

Craft first. AI speeds up drafts, variations, and repetitive steps, and a person directs, judges, and finishes everything that ships. You get the speed without the generic look.
