Why nobody gives you a number right away
A website is not a product with a price on a shelf, it is a job whose scope sets the number: how many pages, who writes the copy, how many languages, what gets connected, who supplies the photos. Two companies on the same street can ask for a site and have a fair price three times apart. So a serious quote comes after a conversation, not before.
That does not mean you cannot know the order of magnitude in advance. You can, and here it is.
Orientation ranges in 2026
These are ranges we see in quotes on the Serbian market, in euros, as orientation. They are not our price list: our quote is always a fixed number for an exact scope.
- 01A site on a ready theme (WordPress, template), freelancer: from a few hundred euros. Fast, cheap, and it will look like thousands of others.
- 02A custom landing page with copy and design: from about one to two thousand euros.
- 03A company site with several pages, a CMS and two languages: from two to five thousand euros.
- 04An online shop with payments, shipping and a catalogue: from three thousand up, depending on the number of products and integrations.
- 05A web app with accounts, a database and logic: from five thousand up, because that is software, not a site.
Six things that really cost in a quote
When you compare two quotes with different numbers, the difference is almost always in one of these six items.
- 01Copy. Who writes it? If you do, the site waits for you. If the studio does, that is several days of work and it is in the price.
- 02Custom design or a theme. A theme is cheaper and looks like a theme.
- 03Number of pages and languages. Every language is a second site in search, with its own copy and its own tags.
- 04Integrations: CRM, payments, calendar, newsletter, automatic replies. Each is an hour or a day of work, depending on the tool.
- 05SEO setup: titles, descriptions, structured data, speed, sitemap. Without it the site exists, but nobody finds it.
- 06Photos and video. Stock shows from a mile away. A shoot or a generated visual costs, but it sells.
Hidden costs after launch
A WordPress site carries hosting, plugin licences and someone to update it, because an unupdated WordPress is a site waiting to be broken into. A static Next.js site, the kind we build, hosts for zero to a few euros a month and has nothing to update overnight. The domain is about ten euros a year either way.
Ask the quote what you pay after launch and to whom. A thousand euros with three hundred a year of maintenance is not the same as a thousand euros without it.
Template or custom
A template is fine when the site needs to exist: a card with the number, the address and the opening hours. Custom is for a site that has to do a job: get you found in search, set you apart from the competition, and land the inquiry in your CRM without your hand. The difference in price is the difference in what the site does afterwards.
How to read a quote
Four lines you look for in every quote, whatever the number.
- 01A fixed price for an exact scope, not an hourly rate.
- 02A delivery date before the start, not after.
- 03What is yours once it is paid: code, domain, hosting accounts, content.
- 04Who writes the copy and who supplies the images, and by when.
Our quote
After a thirty minute call you get a fixed number and a date within 48 hours. A landing page takes two to four weeks, a company site a little longer, depending on the copy. We build on Next.js, bilingual, with structured data from day one, and everything we deliver is yours. If you want a number for your case, write what you need.
